Dear Vendor:
South Dakota Association for Lifelong Learning (SDALL) and the Commission on Adult Basic Education (COABE) announce the 2008 COABE Regional Institute in Rapid City, South Dakota, July 28-30, 2008. The Mount Rushmore Institute will be held at the Best Western Ramkota Hotel & Convention Centers. Conference planners are planning for 200-250 participants. With a number of national speakers and some unique training strands, the SDALL Board anticipates an eager group of conference attendees. All of the South Dakota Adult Education and Literacy programs supported by the South Dakota Department of Labor will be in attendance and there has been favorable response from many upper Midwestern states.
